General Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the collectible and speculative nature of trading card games, all sales of sealed TCG products (including Booster Boxes, Bundles, and Collector items) are final.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Market price fluctuations after purchase

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

  • Opened or damaged packaging (unless damaged during shipping)


Sealed Products

Sealed collectible items may change in market value rapidly. For this reason:

  • All sealed product sales are final once shipped.

  • Returns are not accepted based on changes in market price or personal valuation.

  • If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will work to resolve the issue.


Singles (if applicable)

Due to the volatile nature of card values and condition sensitivity, we do not accept returns on single cards.


Shipping Damage or Wrong Items

If your order is damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us at info@magicdrawonline.com within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include your order number and clear photos

  • We will assess the issue and provide a resolution (replacement, store credit, or refund)


Return Time Frame

Approved returns (for damaged or incorrect items) must be:

  • Reported within 48 hours

  • Returned (if applicable) within 7 days of approval

  • In original, unopened condition
